Six Eagle Talent Training Camp
Hongwei Supply Chain has developed a six eagle (falcon, hatching eagle, young eagle, elite eagle, flying eagle, eagle) training plan, and formulated an annual personal development plan based on performance, ability evaluation, organizational requirements, etc. They will participate in the company's reserve cadre training courses, including course training, action learning, external visits, benchmark enterprise learning, etc. On the basis of providing career development guidance for employees, we will build multiple learning and growth platforms and introduce external training resources suitable for the growth of employees in various positions.

In 2008, the company established Huangpu Training to continuously inherit and continue the magnificent culture through centralized training. It has been held for 17 consecutive sessions so far. The training content covers professional skills, psychological experience, public speaking ability, career planning, expansion training, enterprise study tours, practical operations, etc., comprehensively improving employees' development ability, potential, and personal charm in the workplace.
